Ingredients
  

  • 4 quarts water
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt - for the boiling water
  • 4 ears corn - shucked and halved
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt - for the cooked corn

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large stockpot of water to a rapid boil. Add salt. Add the corn and butter.

  • Cover and turn off the heat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
