Heat up a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp Herbed Butter. When it is melted, swirl it in the pan to coat. Add the sliced ciabatta bread, open-side down. Toast in the butter until lightly browned. Remove to a tray, open side up.

Add grated pepper jack cheese to both halves of the bread.

Preheat a broiler to high heat. Add sliced Smoked Turkey Breast to one half of the sandwich. Broil until the cheese is melted and the turkey is warmed, then remove from the oven.
