- 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp fresh chives - or minced green onion
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
