- 4 tbsp butter - salted
- 1 tsp fresh oregano - finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme - finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh parsley - finely chopped
Add ½ stick of butter to a glass bowl. Allow to soften at room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Chop the herbs. When the butter is softented, add the herbs. Use a fork to mix and mash it all together.
Transfer to a ramekin, serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
