Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp butter - salted
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley - finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ stick of butter to a glass bowl. Allow to soften at room temperature, about 30 minutes.
  • Chop the herbs. When the butter is softented, add the herbs. Use a fork to mix and mash it all together.
  • Transfer to a ramekin, serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
