Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil - extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano - minced
  • 1 tsp basil - minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley - finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper - freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.

Notes

Use this in place of store bought Italian dressing for a fresher, tastier, creamy salad dressing.
