Creamy Italian dressing
A classic salad dressing, easily made at home!
Equipment
- wire whisk
- glass bowl
- cutting board
- kitchen knife
Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil – extra virgin
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 clove garlic – minced
- 1 tsp fresh oregano – minced
- 1 tsp basil – minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley – finely chopped
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper – freshly ground
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
Notes
Use this in place of store bought Italian dressing for a fresher, tastier, creamy salad dressing.
