Equipment

  • medium glass mixing bowl
  • vacuum sealer optional

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup lime juice - freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chile powder
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper – ground
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 clove garlic – minced

Instructions
 

  • In a glass mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
  • Marinade meat, vegetables, or seafood separately, refrigerated in a vacuum seal bag overnight, or for at least 3 hours in a bowl.

Notes

  • Works great with meats or vegetables.
  • Don't mix meats and vegetables while marinading to avoid cross contamination.
