- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup lime juice - freshly squeezed
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chile powder
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper – ground
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 clove garlic – minced
In a glass mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
Marinade meat, vegetables, or seafood separately, refrigerated in a vacuum seal bag overnight, or for at least 3 hours in a bowl.
- Works great with meats or vegetables.
- Don't mix meats and vegetables while marinading to avoid cross contamination.
