Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika - smoked or sweet
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper - ground
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin - ground
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Slather pork with yellow mustard, then liberally apply the rub to all sides.
