Pork Rub
A basic dry rub for smoking or grilling pork.
Equipment
- small bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup paprika – smoked or sweet
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper – ground
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 2 tbsp cumin – ground
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Slather pork with yellow mustard, then liberally apply the rub to all sides.
