  • small dish - for salting the rim

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 ounce tequila - 100% Agave, such as Hornitos Plata
  • 3 ounce orange liqueur - such as Cointreau
  • 2 ounce fresh lime juice - juice from one lime
  • 1 tbsp light agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt - for the glass rim

Instructions
 

  • Add salt to a small dish. Rub a cut lime around the rim of your margarita glass. Twirl the glass rim in the dish of salt.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to your blender. Puree until smooth, but not so much as to melt the ice. Pour into your margarita glasses rimmed with salt. Add a lime wedge to the rim for garnish.
