Ingredients
  

  • 8 slice thick cut bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the bacon side-by-side on top of the paper.

  • Put the bacon in the hot oven, and set a timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check the bacon, and again every 5 minutes until they are done. Cooking times vary with the thickness of bacon, and the performance of your oven, so make note of the times for your future reference.

  • When bacon is done cooking, remove them to a baking sheet lined with paper towels to drain.
