Tomato and Cucumber Salad
A simple, fresh salad that works great with anything grilled.
Equipment
- medium glass bowl
- slotted spoon
- cutting board
- kitchen knife
Ingredients
- 10 ounce cherry tomatoes – garden heirloom tomatoes are by far the best.
- ½ cucumber – peeled and diced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp fresh dill – chopped
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper – freshly ground
Instructions
- In a medium glass bowl, toss the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.
