Turkey Gravy

Turkey gravy simmering in a sauce pan.

Turkey Gravy is the perfect finishing touch to Turkey Dinner. Savory flavors of sage and thyme are delicious on roasted or smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, or turkey dressing. It’s an amazingly tasty gravy that’s super easy to make.

Erma Bombeck: I come from a family where gravy is considered a beverage.

Start with a light roux. Whisk in homemade turkey stock, sage, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. Reduce until it is thick and delicious. Pour it over everything. That’s all there is to it!
