More Information

I love a good sandwich. This Cranberry Turkey Melt is a great sandwich. The flavors and textures come together in a way that hits all of your senses at once.

I like to keep some vacuum sealed portions of sliced Smoked Turkey Breast in my freezer. To reheat, just add the vacuum sealed bag directly to a large pot of hot water, and simmer for 20 minutes on low. The turkey will come out warm, moist, and as delicious as it was when you first made it.

Cranberry Sauce is easy to make too, and can be prepared in about the same amount of time.

Toasting the ciabatta bread with Herbed Butter adds a subtle hint of savory flavor and aroma that really works well with this sandwich.

Just bring it all together, broil to melt the cheese and you can have an amazingly delicious sandwich in just about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
