Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 boule pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella - shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup provolone - shredded or sliced
  • 1 tbsp cheddar - freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp parmesan - freshly grated

Instructions
 

  • Put a pizza stone on the center rack, and preheat the oven to 450℉ while you prepare the pizza dough. Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface. Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder.

  • Add the Mozzarella and Provolone cheese to completely cover the dough. Sprinkle the Cheddar and Parmesan on top.

  • Bake for 10-14 minutes, checking a few times and popping any bubbles that might come up.

  • Remove from the oven, and cool for about 5 minutes.

  • Cut into dipping-sized slices.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
