1 boule pizza dough 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup mozzarella - shredded or sliced 1 cup provolone - shredded or sliced 1 tbsp cheddar - freshly grated 1 tbsp parmesan - freshly grated
Put a pizza stone on the center rack, and preheat the oven to 450℉ while you prepare the pizza dough. Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface. Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder. 1 boule pizza dough, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder
Add the Mozzarella and Provolone cheese to completely cover the dough. Sprinkle the Cheddar and Parmesan on top.

Bake for 10-14 minutes, checking a few times and popping any bubbles that might come up.
Remove from the oven, and cool for about 5 minutes.
Cut into dipping-sized slices.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
